A 60 minute flowing practice of vinyasa yoga. One of Vinyasa yoga’s outstanding features is that postures are not held for a long time. Postures are linked together by a succession of specific transitional movements that are as important as postures themselves. By integrating mind, body, breath and movement a practitioner will experience the real joy of yoga practice.

The class is ideal for an experienced yogi or a beginner who has a reasonable level of general health and who wants to tap in to the unlimited potential of the energetic field in the body.
