Quotes:
Yoga is not a panacea, but it is powerful medicine indeed for body, mind, and spirit. Above all, yoga is a path. The longer you stay with it and the more heart you put into the journey, the farther is can take you.
Timothy McCall “A Yoga Journal Book”
Yoga is the rule book for playing the game of Life, but in this game no one needs to lose. It is tough, and you need to train hard. It demands honesty, sustained application and above all love in your heart… By accepting nature’s challenge and joining the game, we find ourselves on a windswept and exciting journey that will pay benefits commesurate to the time and effort we put in – the lowest being our abiltiy to tie our own shoelaces when we are eighty and the highest being the opportunity to taste the essence of life itself.
